Enterprise Infrastructure Support

Yeevu helps organisations manage and protect business-critical email, domains, DNS, websites and digital infrastructure, backed by experienced technical support.

01

Enterprise infrastructure support for business-critical systems

Organisations across a range of industries and markets rely on Yeevu to keep the systems their operations depend on configured, monitored and supported.

Rather than a wall of logos, we publish customer results and selected work — concise public overviews of the problem brought to us, the responsibility we took on, and where it ended up.

02

What we manage and protect

From a single critical domain to multi-domain environments, Yeevu provides the technical expertise required to configure, manage, monitor and support the infrastructure businesses depend on.

Domains and DNS

Registration, transfers, nameserver control and record management — including the changes that carry the highest risk of taking an organisation offline.

Business email

Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and dedicated mail platforms: provisioning, migration and day-to-day administration.

Email authentication and deliverability

SPF, DKIM and DMARC alignment, sending-domain separation, reputation monitoring, and remediation when mail stops arriving.

Websites and hosting

Hosting, maintenance, updates, uptime monitoring, backups and recovery for sites that cannot afford to be offline.

Cloud and workspace environments

Tenant configuration, licensing, identity, access policy, and the integrations that connect these platforms to the rest of the estate.

Digital operations

The workflows, integrations and automation that sit between systems and quietly keep them working together.

03

Who Enterprise is built for

Enterprise is defined by operational complexity, dependency and risk, rather than by company headcount alone.

Multiple domains or brands

Centralised management across a larger digital estate, with consistent configuration and a single reliable record of what is where.

Complex email environments

Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, separate sending infrastructure, authentication and deliverability — all of which have to agree with one another.

Business-critical websites

Monitoring, maintenance, security and recovery where an outage carries a measurable cost.

Multiple systems and providers

DNS, hosting, cloud platforms and third-party services that need to work together rather than merely coexist.

Ongoing technical requirements

A technical partner retained over time, instead of sourcing individual contractors afresh for each new problem.

04

Security and operational controls

Security is part of the infrastructure, not a separate product. These are the controls applied in Yeevu engagements.

Access control

Least-privilege administrative access, separated per environment, with credentials held in managed storage and access withdrawn when an engagement changes.

Authentication

Multi-factor authentication on administrative accounts, using phishing-resistant methods wherever the platform supports them.

Encryption

TLS enforced for web and mail transport, with certificates issued, renewed and monitored rather than left to expire quietly.

DNS security

Registrar and nameserver locking, controlled delegation, and change review on the records capable of taking an organisation offline.

Email security

SPF, DKIM and DMARC enforced and kept aligned, with policy moved towards enforcement deliberately rather than all at once.

Monitoring

Uptime, certificate, DNS and mail-flow monitoring, so that failures surface from our side rather than from your customers.

Backups and recovery

Backups taken on a defined schedule, with restoration tested rather than assumed.

Data protection

Customer data handled under written terms and retained only for as long as the engagement requires.

05

Reliability and incident response

When something goes wrong, there is someone responsible for resolving it. Every incident follows the same path.

  1. Detect — monitoring or a support channel raises the problem.
  2. Investigate — we establish what actually changed, rather than acting on the first plausible cause.
  3. Escalate — the engineer who can fix it is brought in, together with any upstream provider.
  4. Resolve — the fix is applied, taking the fastest safe route first.
  5. Verify — we confirm the fix from outside the system before calling it closed.

You are not handed a dashboard and left to diagnose infrastructure failures yourself.

06

One partner across the infrastructure

Fewer vendors. Clearer ownership. Without consolidation, an organisation ends up coordinating separate relationships for:

  • Domain registrar
  • DNS provider
  • Microsoft or Google licensing
  • Web hosting
  • Web agency
  • SEO agency
  • Email deliverability consultant
  • IT contractor

When email stops arriving, each of them can reasonably point at another. Yeevu brings infrastructure, email, web and digital operations under a single technical relationship, which removes the gaps between providers and makes ownership unambiguous.

07

Customer outcomes

Public overviews of delivered work. Each sets out the problem brought to us, the responsibility we took on, and the outcome.

E-commerce email recovery

Restored transactional email delivery and established stronger sender trust controls for an e-commerce operation.

Lead profiling automation

A structured intake and profiling journey that prepares website enquiries for consistent internal follow-up.

08

Who is behind Yeevu

Experienced engineers, not an anonymous support queue.

Yeevu LLC is a United States company registered in Wyoming, operating contact lines in both the United States and the United Kingdom. Work is delivered by the engineers who configure and support the systems directly, so the person investigating an incident is the person who understands the environment it happened in.

Before an engagement begins, we set out in writing who is accountable for each part of the estate, how to reach us, and what happens when something fails. If you need that detail for a procurement or due-diligence process, ask and we will provide it.

Ready to talk about your infrastructure?

Tell us about your infrastructure, your current providers and your operational requirements. We will assess where Yeevu can help — and say so if we are not the right fit.
