Yeevu works inside business email, DNS, websites and marketing platforms, the systems a business cannot afford to have handled loosely. This page sets out who clients contract with, how access and credentials are handled, the security applied to every engagement and what happens if something goes wrong. The commitments below are taken from the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement, which are the binding documents.

Who Clients Contract With

For each engagement one company, chosen by where the client is based, quotes the work, issues the invoice, receives payment, is responsible for the client’s data and is liable under the contract. The same company is named in the order, quote or invoice, the Terms and the Data Processing Agreement.

  • Clients based in the United States: Yeevu LLC, a limited liability company formed in Wyoming, USA (Wyoming Secretary of State filing ID 2025-001686358), 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Invoices are issued by Yeevu LLC, and contracts are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
  • Clients in the United Kingdom and every other country: TK WebHosts Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Companies House company number 10252550), 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom, Yeevu’s sister company. Invoices are issued through its client billing portal, and contracts are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Website operator: Yeevu LLC operates yeevu.com. Yeevu® is a registered trademark of Yeevu LLC.

How Access Is Handled

  • Least privilege. Access is limited to what the work needs: a DNS editor rather than an account owner, a mailbox administrator rather than a billing owner. If a task needs more, that is explained before anything proceeds.
  • Multi-factor authentication. Multi-factor authentication is required on accounts used for the work. If it is not yet enabled, enabling it is the first step.
  • Encrypted credential storage. Credentials provided for the work are stored encrypted, and traffic is protected with transport encryption.
  • No credentials kept after close. Credentials provided for the work are not kept once the engagement ends. Any password shared for the work, and any key, token or app password issued for it, should then be changed or revoked on the client’s side.

Security on Every Engagement

  • Prior state captured before every change. The existing configuration is captured before DNS, email or platform changes are made, so that each change can be reversed.
  • Documented instructions only. Personal data inside client systems is processed only on the client’s documented instructions (the order, quote or written scope and any later instruction confirmed in writing) and is not used for any other purpose.
  • Confidentiality. Everyone who works on an engagement is bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Platform safeguards. Yeevu’s own platforms use encryption, secure data centres, access controls and continuous system monitoring.
  • No sale of personal data. Yeevu LLC does not sell personal data.
  • Healthcare data. Yeevu does not collect, store, access or transmit Protected Health Information. Where a healthcare client needs it, patient data flows directly into the HIPAA-compliant platform the client has chosen, without passing through Yeevu infrastructure.

Sub-processors

A limited set of service providers is used, in these categories: hosting and cloud infrastructure, domain registrars and DNS providers, email infrastructure and deliverability tooling, payment processing, and business tools such as password management and ticketing. Each is bound by data protection terms no less protective than the Data Processing Agreement. The current named list is provided on request before an engagement starts, and the client is told before a new sub-processor handles its personal data and may object on reasonable grounds.

If Something Goes Wrong

The client is notified within 24 hours of Yeevu becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting its data, with what is known, what has been done and what is recommended, and is helped with any notification it must make.

Retention and Deletion

When an engagement ends, the client’s personal data is deleted, or returned first if the client asks, unless the law requires it to be kept. Yeevu’s own business records are kept only as long as needed: billing and transaction records for up to 7 years, customer communications for up to 3 years, and marketing data until consent is withdrawn.

International Transfers

Where personal data from the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area is processed outside it, the transfer is made under a recognised safeguard: the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable.

Questions and Signed Copies

Organisations that need the Data Processing Agreement in signed form, or have security questions before granting access, can write to admin@yeevu.com or use the contact page.
